Architectural visualization using panoramas in Blender

The creation of a panorama image can be sometimes a much better alternative to video or interactive visualizations made with the game engine. With the panorama all you got is a simple image that is rendered to give the viewer some level of control. Of course, in this type of image the viewer can`t walk around the rooms, but a lot of people get satisfied choosing where to look at.

If you never made panoramas as part of your architectural visualization portfolio, here are two good examples created by an artist called Alex Netkachev. He posted images and links to the panoramas in this thread on the Blenderartists forums. All images were rendered using Blender Cycles, and Alex shares his settings at the forum.
