Free cutout textures of people for architecture

Blender 2.9: The beginner's guide

We posted many free assets and resources for architectural visualization with Blender here in Blender 3D Architect. Usually, our readers like it a lot when they find a furniture model that works with Blender, but you should also look for other types of assets. One asset that is frequently overlooked in architectural visualization is cutout textures with people.

In architecture, we call the use of people in perspectives a “human reference” or scale. If you create a render that doesn’t have that type of image, you might have difficulty translating the image into a full representation of a project or design.

Do you want to download a collection of six volumes with dozens of free cutout textures with people? By visiting the Behance profile from artist Dmitry Pankov, you can download each image from the profile.

One downside of the collection is that you don’t have a single download to grab all images at once. You have to download them individually.

How to use those images in Blender? Here is a tutorial explaining how to use cutout textures.
