Blender 4.2: Precise Modeling Workshop
Learning Resources →

Here we go again with another example of how to create furniture models in Blender, this time the subject of the tutorial is a kitchen sink. The tutorial I found yesterday shows the process of creation a kitchen sink with Blender 2.5, and unfortunately it is in time-lapse format. Even with the accelerated speed, we see how to shape this type of object. There are a few points that could get reworked, like the messy topology on the bottom of the model near the drain. By a moment I thought that the author applied something like a Boolean modifier.

If you don`t know how to get started with the modeling of a kitchen sink in Blender 2.5, this is a good starting point.

  1. Interesting but way too quick for me, I was lost after 20 seconds. Would have been nice to see it rendered at the end.

  2. Way too fast, no REASON why things are done this way, ..

It’s better than nothing but I’ve tried to go past accelerated timelapses to REAL tutorials(ie, which try to teach something), and try now to stick to it.
