Basic tutorial about rendering grass for architecture with Blender Cycles

One of the new features of Blender Cycles in the latest stable release of Blender, is the support to render particles to simulate hair. This is really useful for animation and modeling, and could become handy for architectural visualization artists. It is easy to imagine that we will be able to use this feature to simulate grass and other types of shrubs and vegetation. Did you tried already to model and render grass in Blender, and render with Cycles? If you want to check out the basic steps required to setup a small grass plane with Cycles, I found a basic tutorial about rendering grass with Cycles, using the new features of Blender 2.66.

Just keep track of the notes along the tutorial, and you will be able to create grass.
